ELibrary Module

This module provides offering different books on the websites or portals. So many different books might easily be created by proper text image and format and would be uploaded on the website.

Meantime of creating an e-book, in additional with the title, group, priority in group and text , others necessary properties such as author, publishing date, book language, number of pages, ISBN (International Standard Book Number) might be determined.

• Determining priority of the modular in selected group:
  If you tend to display a number of modular of a unique group on the website, you are able to select displaying priority for them
• Entering the author properties
• Entering the publisher properties

• Determining the E-book language:
  The E-book might be in English or Persian
• Determining the number E-book pages
• Entering ISBN
• Uploading the E-book file on the website to be downloaded by the users
• Direct URL (possibility of linking the E-book to the other Webpages)
• Determining a summary for the E-book:
  It is possible to determine a specific number of first characters of the book as the book summary. This number is settable in the other section of the software. it is also possible to enter the summary manual.
• Allocating tags to the E-book considering the book content(such as programming, social, cinema)
• Determining related E-books and possibility of forwarding to the related E-books Their details page by clicking on each item
• Inserting a note:
  You can use this part in case of requirement of any expression regarding the created E-book .The placed expression can be view merely by the system administrators and through control panel and will not be displayed on the web site.
• Determining active or inactive status of the created E-book by the creator:
  If the creator wishes not to display the created article on the website, he might set the status of the created article on inactive mode.
• Using filter for search among created E-book according to creation time, the creator, confirmation status and status.
• Possibility of controlling the searching range and reporting on the created E-book through filter.
• Displaying registered information for each created E-book
• Possibility of searching the created E-book according their titles and the E-book content and the E-book number
• Possibility of editing the entire entered information of the created E-book
• Possibility of determining confirmation status by the administrator:
  As long as the administrator sets the E-book status on unconfirmed status, even if the creator has activated the E-book, the created E-book would not be displayed on the website.
• Possibility of deleting the created E-book
• Possibility of sorting the created E-book according to their titles
• Possibility of sorting the created E-book according to their group
• Possibility of sorting the created E-book according to their priority in group
• Possibility of sorting the created E-book according to their creation time (containing date and time)
