FAQ
By applying FAQ, the admin might update the users frequently asked questions together with the solution on the website.

Placing FAQ on the website is somehow a directory for the users and a factor to attract users to visit the website and using the website content. Because the users might find solution for most of their question in FAQ Having the mentioned section means having more visitors and more applicable website.

By applying FAQ, the admin might update the users frequently asked questions together with the solution on the website. Since in creating the software modules, website dynamism, the user interaction and admin has been seriously considered and also for the user's convenience, asking new questions by the user and displaying the question and its solution by the administrator, on the website are the other features which are placed in this module. Possibility of sending the solution to the registered email address meantime of sending question can be counted as main features of this module.

This module provides the possibility of creating different questions and their answer considering necessary requirements, for the administrator to manage them. To create a FAQ, in additional with determining the answer and its question, a default group must be determined as well, and also priority of the created question in the selected group for displaying on the webpage must be determined too. it is also possible to determine displaying type of the modular on the website.
