SMS Module

Nowadays by communication technology developing and increasing mobile subscribers, it can firmly be declared that the mobile phones are the fastest communication bridge between people. At present most of the organizations and companies use SMS sending in order to informing, advertising and costumers service providing ,therefore we decided to implement SMS module in the portal so that the users will easily and through their control panel be able to send short messages single or bulk and manage them. By applying this module and by considering our demands, we might get in touch with the costumers and the employees at any time during 24 hours a day, view send SMSs and manage them it is also possible to reply to the received SMSs.

• Possibility of creating and managing the operator lines
• Possibility of adding new operator lines
• Possibility of selecting operator name among defined operator lines in the system
• Possibility of entering user name for the created operator line
• Possibility of entering password for the created operator line
• Possibility of entering domain for the created operator line:
  Domain name is amongst the information which will be granted to you once you by a line and entering the domain name is required meantime of adding the operator line in the system.
• Possibility of allocating the desired line to be accessible merely for the members
• Determining active or inactive status of the operator line:
  If the admin wishes any line not to be active and not be displayed in the lines list meantime of SMS sending he might set the status of the operator line on inactive mode.
• Possibility of deleting the created operator line

• Possibility of selecting the sender operator line:
  List of valid operator lines which SMSs might be sent through them is available in the SMS sending page and the user might determine the line which the SMS might be sent through.
• Single SMS sending

  In this case we might send several numbers of SMSs to different phone numbers.
• Possibility of determining pre-number in bulk SMS sending:
  In bulk SMS sending the user is able to determine a pre-number in the related field, so that mean time of entering the receiver phone numbers the entered pre-number will be placed automatically at the beginning of each number.

  Displayed numbers in the blacklist page have paging possibility. It is possible to determine the number of displayed numbers in each page.

  The received SMSs by the system might have different status such as read, unread and replied, and the user might easily and by using the existed options in the filter section search the received SMSs according to their status and report on the received SMSs by the system.
• Possibility of searching among IDs , sending and receiving numbers and also the SMS saved text in the system
• Possibility of determining displaying the search result and the filter containing deleted SMSs
• Possibility of determining the number of displayed SMSs in the system SMS list :
  The saved list of the SMSs in the system will be displayed in the management page center of the SMS module, and it has possibility of paging so that it is possible to determine number of displaying SMSs in each page.
• Possibility of sorting the saved SMSs in the system according to the ID field

  If the SMS be allocated to the other group or person, it can be selected from form the SMS list in the SMS module management page and transfer it to the desired number.

• Possibility of viewing the registered information of the saved SMSs in the system:
  The user is easily able to be informed of the registered information of saved SMSs in the system such as the sender, the receiver, SMS type, SMS status, method( SMS sending method might be systematical or manual ), creation time and the SMS text.
